Snowboarding

Snowboarding is a physical activity (sport) which involves sliding down a slope on a board. It was developed in the United States in the 1960’s and officially became an Olympic sport in 1998 (Nagano, Japan.) It has been steadily gaining popularity over the past decade due to it’s appealing lifestyle image along with the help of the internet era. It holds true to it’s culture worldwide as one of the most exhilarating ways to stay in shape as well as an inept ability that allows riders to get creative and establish independent styles. It is systemic to other “boardsports” like skateboarding and surfing.
